Love at first sip! This sweet bubbly cocktail is the perfect celebratory drink.
RASPBERRY SYRUP - In a saucepan, mix the raspberries, water and sugar and bring to a boil. Once it is boiling bring down to a shimmer for about 10 - 15 minutes. Strain the raspberries and let the syrup cool. I kept some of the original syrup and added to the bottom to create a bit of texture to the drink.
COCKTAIL - In your glass add at the bottom 1-2 tablespoon of your raspberry syrup. Then add an ounce of the cherry gin and finish topping it up with the prosecco.
GARNISH - Add fresh raspberries and dried rose petals for garnishing.
